Two weeks down, ten to go! How did you all do this week? Was week two harder than week one? I hope you were all able to stay warm! This weather is killing me! I hate to be cold and exercising outside is excruciating! I am visiting my sister in Boise and we went outside in zero degrees to exercise. We looked like giant icicles when we got home. It wasn't so bad after our bodies went completely numb! :) Lets hope for better weather this week.
So, post your points in the comments just like last week. And share your experiences, frustrations, etc. We all like to hear how everyone else is doing. And, good luck this next week!
309 for me this week. No excuses, just a rough few days. Determined to do better this next week!
ReplyDelete334 for Lynzie :)
ReplyDeleteJason got 346 and Deb got 351
ReplyDeleteThis is still such a good thing for us! Thanks again for doing this!
I had 352 again. This is great for me too. I lost 2.4 pounds this week. Jenny, I don't know how you can exercise outdoors. I even freeze on my way from the car to the gym!
ReplyDelete352 for me
ReplyDeleteWhat. A. Week. I had 241 but I'm down 1.5 pounds since we started! This week was super crazy. Sunday night started with a baby in the hospital until Tuesday and it ended with the other baby sick and almost in the hospital. Gotta love RSV and Pneumonia. But I had my first perfect day yesterday! That was easy considering we didn't have to work out but even if we did I think I could have done it. Good work everyone!
ReplyDeleteOH man. What a week for you! I'm sorry to hear about all that. Hope you are all ok and on the mend. Have a better week. :)

307...I am realizing I am having a hard time with the SAME ONES as last week!! I will keep plugging away ;). My goal is to be in the 330's next week!
ReplyDeleteI had 342...lost 10 points to my sugar cravings!! Dang! You are all doing so good! I'm loving this! It's just what I need! Val
ReplyDeleteI had 322 this week which was better than last week. I need to get more exercise! I'm glad I am doing this challenge, I am developing better habits!!
ReplyDelete328 for me. The weekend killed me! Being out of town and not in your own routine makes it difficult. I'm hoping to do better this week.
ReplyDeleteAnd check out the last blog post. I put links to some exercises you can do at home without having to go out in the cold.
ReplyDeleteLove those! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI got 351, I missed an hour of sleep, because I decided to stay up and watch a movie, that was longer than I thought and we had 8am parent teacher conferences the next day! I learned my lesson, because there were many other nights this week I wanted to stay up but I went to bed instead! Also, I am happy my treadmill is working again! I got on it on Thus. morning but it wouldn't go. When Wayne got home that night he unplugged it and when he plugged it back in it worked! Yeah! It just needed to be reset I guess! I hope it lasts because I can't go out in this weather, it is way to cold for me, and my marathon training for Ogden started on Monday. Great job to you all!!!

P.S. I think Wayne got 352
I got 331. What a crazy super busy week! Between birthday parties, kids out of school, and new church callings I'm feeling like a crazy momma! Good thing for this challenge or I would have given in to the Sugar Monster like usual. Thanks for the workout ideas, Jenny. I will check them out. Good job to all of you for being so good! Have a really great week everyone!

Tammy G- Thanks to all who commented on the night shifts and points. Lets just say Nights "SUCK" and I am on them again this week. Although I tried harder to read my scriptures and pray with family before I left on my night shifts. I know God blessed me!
ReplyDeleteMy points were still low, but improved - 205. Now, to find a way to exercise while on nights! Thanks for the exercise links too! They will come in handy!
