Two more weeks to go! Dig your toes in and fight for some great scores this week! We've lost a few of our competitors, but that's okay! We still have lots to compete for! Remember, whoever finishes strong gets entered in a drawing for a $50 prize! Oh Yeah! Have a great week everyone!
Post your points here!
302 points. Camille Hustad
ReplyDelete326 - I had some bad influences on Friday night. :) But had a wonderful time!!!
ReplyDeletesorry Kim! But you did better than me! I got 298
ReplyDeleteDeb, you make me laugh!! Every time I think about that night, I giggle!! Thanks for a wonderful night, it was worth the points!
DeleteI had 352...apparently I have no bad influences and no fun. haha
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up Jan! I'll happily take you out for dessert tomorrow night... How does 8:30 p.m. sound? :) We can hit the late show after!
DeleteVery funny, Jenny! I'm afraid I'll be getting ready for bed around 8:30! See how good I'm getting at turning down food and fun? This really has been great for me. I'm an official fuddy-duddy, but I'm about 10 pounds lighter. (I sure wish it were much more than that!)
DeleteLowest Score Yet. 195. But I weighed the lowest this week since I've had the twins. 11 pounds to go!
ReplyDeleteNice, Brie!
DeleteWOW! Good job!

326 for me this week ;)
ReplyDeleteI got 352. I got a nasty cold...it started Friday, but my family has had it longer and worse than I got it. I credit it to being healthier than I used to be doing this program. :)
ReplyDeleteJerrilyn, I'm so sorry you've all been sick. Good for you for sticking with this throughout the illness! Of course, having a cold might make it easier to get 8+ hours of sleep, so maybe it's helpful. I'm glad you're getting over it quickly, too!
DeleteTrue...and eating lot of oranges! I'm just glad I didn't get the fever, couch and sore throat. I just got the runny nose!
DeleteI have been meaning to post. During my 20 hr drive to visit family in Utah I decided that as much as I wanted to win this competition it didn't compare to staying up all hours of the night with my family. So I decided I was going to not worry about tracking points and just chill. Thank you for letting me join in on the fun!
ReplyDeleteIt really is more about the balance than winning! You are amazing and have done seriously awesome at this challenge! I hope you are having a great time with your family! I know I have lost more points to sleep than anything else - especially when visiting family and friends! If you change your mind, post your points for these last three weeks and you can still be eligible for the drawing! Thanks for participating with us and giving us some serious competition!!
DeleteKati, it's too bad your trip couldn't have been in a couple of weeks, but I understand why you chose spending time with your family over sleep. You've been a tough competitor! BTW, I've been dying for some of your caramels, loaded with pecans and dipped in chocolate!
DeleteI got a 313. It really only takes one bad day to completely crash your points! But...I love Kim's comment. I feel like it is all about the balance. Friday night, we went to some (new) friends' house for dinner. We ate dinner around 7 ish. I noticed that she had made pie for dessert. I had already had my dessert, but it looked oh so yummy! Plus, how do you say no when she obviously went to so much effort?? So, I lost 10 points just for eating that tiny little piece of pie. (It was well after 8). But it was worth it! We had a great time and the pie was delish! :) But... with that being said, I also love this for the self control it helps me have! Today during preschool a little boy brought chocolate cookies with cream cheese frosting! Oh my goodness, that is a huge weakness of mine! He gave one to me, but I kindly refused. It was only 10:30 a.m. and I wanted to have a treat later with my fam. Wow! I was so proud of myself! So, I guess the moral of my story is that it's easier to refuse a cookie from a five-year-old than pie from an adult woman! :) Haha!
ReplyDeleteI got 340!!! The time change and going on vacation got me this week! I think that's my worst week, but I have to be proud of it! If I wasn't in this challenge, I know I would have done a lot worse than I did! Normally, we would have bought treats everytime we filled up with gas, but we didn't buy any treats on our drive, other than our meals and at the pool we snacked on cuties, instead of candy! The best part for me is that my kids are eating more fruits and veggies and less treats too! They still get plenty of sugar... but it makes me feel good when they eat the good stuff! And it's made me pay more attention to how much junk they actually get! Anyway, I'm still learning where my weeknesses lie. And I'm still trying to work on those! Good luck to everyone this week!!! You are all doing awesome! Keep it up!
