YAY! Except I want this to go on for a year or two, or I'll fall back into my old ways! I got 352 points this week, and I'm down 1.6 pounds since last Monday. Only 57.6 left until I reach my goal! I hope all of you are loving this as much as I am!
I can't believe we are half way!! I'm with Jan...I worry a little bit, for when this over. I'm afraid I may slip back into old ways. I had a rough/crazy week, with Parent/Teacher Conferences, school pictures, Valentines, etc, etc. I guess those are really just excuses and I need to find a way to make it all work, even during crazy weeks. However, I was quite surprised when I added up the week....I got 322. I figured it would be a lot lower then that. I guess somewhere along the way, I did manage to find some self control!! YAY!!!
Kim, I have PTC tomorrow and Wednesday, so I know what you're saying. I'll put in 11+ hours at school, hit the gym, and have to be asleep an hour later.
For anyone who's worried about losing these habits, I really do want to do this at least three more times this year. And I probably won't get perfect points once Brie and her five boys join me for the summer!
352 I feel guilty after reading the comments... I keep thinking how sweet when its over I can stay up late;) I am grateful for many of the changes made
284. Stress killed me this week. I ate way too many treats and can't get all my sleep hours in. I sure wish I could take Tylenol pm and sleep all night! Those darn sick kiddos! :). This week is going to be much better - I hope! Great job everyone!
210. I am with you, Jenny. My kids are not helping me at all. Sleeping and stress eating have been killing me. Most nights this week I ate after 8 and it was usually my 2nd treat of the day which also killed those points. The twins have decided they want to eat every hour and a half during the nights this week and the older kids are up by 5:45. You might as well shoot me in the face. :) I will do my best but I might not try to seriously lose weight until the babies will sleep better at night. I am worthless without sleep.
Yeah, don't anyone shoot Brie in the face, because then I might have to raise her kids. (hehe....just kidding, Brie...you know I would LOVE to do that!)
I got 326 points. I love how it feels like some of the changes are a part of me now. I want to keep going on the challenge too. It really has been good for me. :) Camille
You and Tammy were terrible influences this weekend!! And you still got more points than I did! It was fun and very worth the late nights and not many sleep points! :)
351 for me... Darn 8 hrs of sleep! Sorry I'm late posting! I'll remind Wayne, I think he got 352! Just record that and if he got something different I'll have him post it! You are all doing so well! It was a tough week and I really surprised myself. I actually have more control than I realized. I would do it again! Here's to another week! Shellie
