One more week gone! Crazy! I hope you all are doing well and had a wonderful week. Be sure to post your points and check to be sure they really did post. ReplyDeleteI had 352 also. I'm down one pound from last Monday morning, and that's been my average...one pound per week. I hoped for at least two, but at least I'm not gaining, right?

ReplyDelete303 for me. It was a bad week! I really struggled with eating right. I only had one treat per day, but was craving carb loaded foods instead of fruits and veggies. I am hoping to do better this week!
ReplyDeleteI had 352. I really like skinnytaste.com for healthy recipes if you guys haven't tried it out yet it is really worth it. There is a recipe for Santa Fe Chicken that cooks in a crockpot that is really yummy. Also I wanted to get the address' of all those with perfect scores so I could tempt them with some treats!!! They are doing crazy good.

DeleteI got 323 points! I'm with Jenny... the carbs love me and and I love them! I'm feeling more fit with the exercise however. I feel like there is more strength and endurance building up from all this good exercise. Happy Valentines Week! Maybe that will tempt some of our perfect point friends! Just kidding. :)

I got 329. I was doing so well, even on vacation, until the last day....then I didn't care anymore. So sad! I will try to do better this week. I'm liking Lynzie's comment on tempting the people with perfect scores. I know where most of them live and I think I should take some sugar cookies over, with it being Valentine's week, of course!! ;)
