Time again to post points. Time goes by way too fast! I hope everyone is still chugging along. I know I have felt myself stop urges that I normally would have given into if it weren't for this contest, so that makes me happy. I feel like it is definitely becoming habit now, and getting easier.
I challenge you all to work your hardest this week and lets all turn this middle-of-the-contest lull into our best week yet! Sound exciting? Haha! And I am pretty sure this is the week that those anxiously awaited girl scout cookies will be delivered to our doors! (They better be!) So, instead of eating the entire box of thin mints, I will limit myself to just a couple... Now I'm hungry!

I have 352 points for last week. I'm with you, Jenny. I was offered pie and ice cream last night, but a) it was after 8:00, and b) I'd already had a treat yesterday. The odd -- yet wonderful -- thing is that turning it down didn't hurt AT ALL. Seven weeks ago that would have been much more difficult! I love the new habits I'm forming, but I have to make sure they're actual HABITS and not just point-earning behaviors. I didn't lose much weight this week (about 1/2 pound), but at least I didn't gain.

Delete340 for me. And I woke up today with high expectations for a new, great week. I have four sick girls and am still in my exercise clothes hoping that naptime will come soon so I can bust out an hour of exercise. Who knows if it will happen! That's what is nice doing this will all you moms that have craziness just like I do. It helps to know that we are all in this together.

ReplyDeleteI had 239 which sadly is better than last week. But I'm down 6 pounds so far since we started and that's really my goal so I feel great! Only 12 more to go!
